HELP DURING RAMAZAN 2013

We wish to acknowledge and extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the donors and donor organisations for their continued support and the capacity to understand the far-reaching benefits of IZM. We could not continue this work without you and we hope and pray that you continue to support us in the future. May Allah (swt) guide all of us upon the straight path of faith, and help us to be filled with piety, patience, humility, and kindness.

The spirit of Ramazan is about giving and caring in the way of Allah (swt). This is the month in which we can make an extra special effort to come together to care for those in need. While many of us enjoy IFTAR with delicacies, the poor are unable to have even a simple food for IFTAR. They are counting on your generosity, your support and most of all your compassion this Ramazan.

Last year we were able to distribute food grain parcels which contained 20 kgs Rice, 10 kgs wheat flour, 1 kg cooking oil, 1kg sugar, 1 kg lentil, ½ kg dates, tea leaves etc. Cash distribution Rs.500/- to Rs. 2500/- per family, distribution of bedsheets to old, sick and widows, sarees to old women and widows, dress materials to orphan girls. Iftar at 22 Masjids. Few deserving beneficiaries were helped to clear their loans to the extent of Rs. 5,000/- to Rs.7,000/-; a case was assisted with Rs.10,500/- towards his eye surgery; a house where 3 families resides were suffering from water shortage, they were assisted for borewell. A technical Institute was also assisted for borewell. Total amount spent during the holy month was Rs.26,06,443/- to almost 2719 families and 22 Masjids.

Let us extend our HELPING HAND IN SUPPORT OF OUR brothers and sisters against undue suffering, in the Holy month of Ramazan. With your support, we can help alleviate hardships by providing food, food provisions, clothes and cash for the needy, sick, poor & destitute, widows, orphans etc. during the Holy month of Ramazan.

WE are in need of your help to bring a smile on their faces. Our aim is to help poor and needy by easing their suffering and helping them to fulfill their Ramazan obligations.
