COMMON LETTER APPEALING FOR DONATION FOR EDUCATION
“We make a living by what we get. But we make a life by what we give.”
At the outset, let me wish you all a very peaceful, devout and fruitful Ramadhan full of Rahmat and Barkat.
We trust that all is well with you by the grace of Allah (SWT).
The IZM has completed 32 glorious years of service to the community by the grace of Allah (SWT). This would not have been possible without the help of like minded people like you.
You are aware that the IZM is committed to raising the financial status of the members of the community by providing a wide range of services and facilities to them – the most important one being the gift of education to the children for a better future.
No one could be more aware of this commitment of the IZM than you, as you had been instrumental in sponsoring the education of a large number of students in the recent past.
We repeat that the IZM alone could not have achieved its goals on its own. It depends on like mined individuals and philanthropic organizations like you to help us in our efforts. We therefore appeal to you to continue supporting the IZM for the education of the deserving students.
Around 150 children have been admitted in the four schools run under the aegis of the IZM which will be reopening this week. Arrangements have to be made to provide books, stationery, uniforms, shoes, tuition fee at the beginning of the year and tuition fee and other allied expenditure during the rest of the year for them.
The expenditure incurred to educate one child is US $150/- (Rs. 9,000/-) a year @ Rs. 750/- per month for 12 months.
It is in this context that I write to request you to please continue with your participation in the general activities of the IZM; and specifically: for education. We request you for a quick and positive response as the next academic year is about to commence. And do remember, that every charitable act gets you closer to Almighty Allah (swt) and is a stepping stone towards heaven.
May Allah (SWT) reward you for the noble cause you are supporting (Ameen).
Your brother in faith and solidarity
Capt. S.A.Hadi Sadiq
