Know that whatever of a thing you acquire, a fifth of it is for Allah, for the Messenger, for the near relative,

Our Actual Letter Requesting Permission for Qums Collection
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Honourable Ayatullah al Uzma al Sayyid al Seestani (may his shadow continue to extend)
Al-Salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. I seek to inform you that this organization is rendering useful services to the poor and deserving sadaat. I sincerely hope that you bestow your favour upon them by granting them permission (Ijaza) to spend yearly an amount you consider appropriate. May Allah prolong your blessed presence for the benefit of Islam.

In His name, the Exalted
I convey my salaam and greatly appreciate the services being rendered by the esteemed members to the honorable Sadaat. You are permitted to spend a yearly sum of Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees one Million) from the Sehm-e-Sadaat for the upliftment of poor Sadaat. You are further permitted to spend a sum of Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million) from the Sehm-e-mubarak-e-Imam (as) for rendering services approved by the Shariat.
I pray to Allah, Subhanahu wa taala, to grant you more success.
